Victorious!
Our variance application was unanimously approved by the Eureka Planning Commission, meaning we can officially live in the Coat Shop Building. One of the Commissioners even name checked our blog during the proceedings. Word.
Awesome! Definitely more worthy of video taping than say, cathartic demolition. Just kidding, put this clip along with some Ken-Burns-effected-stills to some sappy pop music and you've got yourself a home movie for the ages.
